Several years ago the Wisconsin Register in Probate Association was asked by 
one of the Wisconsin Chief Judges to prepare a guide to help individuals understand
the informal probate process and the documents needed to filed.
A committee of Registers in Probate from around the State 
then developed the guide and has updated it once since that time.

While you may obtain a paper copy of the Guide from your 
own county Register in Probate office,
WRIPA is proud to make this guide available to the general public via the internet.
